Miscela Restaurant & Wine

Date: February 2012 No Comment

Miscela is Italian for the word “mix”.  This name was given to a restaurant concept that was built around the idea of a new, extraordinary dining experience.  The experience would be characterized by a “zero waiting” mentality where the excitement begins at the front door.  When patrons arrive on location, they are given a “Miscela Card”.  This card retains all information about what purchases are made throughout the night.

The first experience for the evening is the “mixer”.  It is a bar type atmosphere with appetizers, wine and mixed drinks already dispersed throughout the bar area.  Every patron pays a for access to this area and the amenities it provides.  Different from most restaurants, entree orders are made in the mixer area on a computerized interactive projection menu.

When your entrees are approaching ready, you will be summoned to a table in the dining area.  When it is time for desserts, you may stay in the dining area or continue your evening in the wine, cigar and dessert bar on the top floor.

With this dining model, there are zero wait times.  Many people plan to spend their evening at two or three places;  but, at Miscela, you are able to spend your entire evening at one place with non-stop amenities.
